Do you have on-house catering or allow outside caterers?

Food and bar services are provided exclusively by Savoy. You are welcome to bring in cake or other specialty vendors for the unique experience you and your guests will enjoy. For example think popcorn machines, ice-cream carts and snowcones. The ideas are vast and we will work with you to make sure your event is not only special but unique to you!

Can we bring in dessert vendors or specialty experiences?

Yes. Many hosts bring in cakes, dessert carts, photo booths, entertainers, and other creative vendors.

Do you offer bar services or allow BYOB?

We offer a full-service bar with professional bartenders. Outside alcohol (BYOB) is not permitted, but we may be able to accommodate that favorite spirit or specialty drink!

Will the venue work for our guest count?

Yes. Savoy Opera House offers flexible layouts that work beautifully for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The venue can accommodate 50 to 350 guests for dinner and dancing, or up to 400 guests for cocktail-style receptions or dancing-only celebrations.

Can we customize the décor and layout?

Absolutely. Savoy Opera House is designed to be flexible, allowing couples to customize the décor, layout, and overall experience to reflect their personal style and wedding vision. Whether you want to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces, create a themed celebration, or plan something completely original, our team will work with you to bring the details together. With a versatile venue and the one-of-a-kind atmosphere of Trail Dust Town, your wedding can feel entirely your own.

Is there space for dancing and entertainment?

Yes. Savoy features Tucson’s largest permanent dance floor along with a stage for DJs, bands, and performances.

Do you provide event planning assistance?

We include coordination for all venue-related needs to help your event run smoothly. From layout and flow to timing within the space, our team is here to make sure everything comes together the way it should. Our number 1 goal is to help you focus on enjoying the experience.

What are the rental rates and what’s included?

Rental rates vary depending on the number of guests, bar service needs, and any special requests. Site fees start at $1,400 and include five hours of event time, tables, chairs, tableware, table linens, and standard setup and breakdown services.
